Crescent observation possibility:

According to astronomical data, the crescent moon of the month of Rajab will be visible after sunset on Tuesday, December 31, 2024, in several regions around the world, including some Arab countries such as Yemen, Algeria, and Morocco. The possibility of observing the crescent will begin globally from noon local time in the easternmost areas of the Indian Ocean and will gradually progress westward, as illustrated on the attached map (Image 3).

In Tunisia, the Moon will be relatively close to the horizon, making observation conditions incomplete. However, the crescent's visibility remains weakly probable and depends on specific conditions.
