Seasonal Climatological Report Spring 2020 in Tunisia

Spring 2020 was characterized by a significant increase in temperature compared to the previous year and the average temperature (18.7 °C) exceeded the reference seasonal average (17.3 °C) with a difference of  1.4 °C.

      With regard to rainfall, the total seasonal cumulation for all stations in the spring of 2020 was higher than the reference seasonal cumulation, knowing that this cumulation for all the main stations* was 2389.5 mm, while the seasonal reference rate for the same stations was 2044.4 mm, a surplus of 17%, which ranked spring 2020 as the 8th rainiest spring season for 30 years in Tunisia.
